    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pagepublications.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your original order receipt inside the package.
    • Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
  6. Exclusions:
